So kiddies, in the spirit of St. Pattie's Day, we've decided to go with an Irish theme this month. Now, some styles will quite obviously not follow what is considered to be the 'norm' in Irish fashion, and some of these will even make you ponder 'where did she come up with that outfit for an Irish theme?' But I assure you, all of the following picks are based on either Irish tradition or today's trends. So, sit back and enjoy the very different styles that IMVU has to offer!

EMO – Well, I can personally say that 'Irish' is not a style that comes to mind when I think of St. Patrick's day, but surprisingly enough, I was able to find an outfit that I thought was perfect for this fashion sub-genre. Oop's 'Kiss ME I'm Irish' fit is a perfect little number when you're just not in the mood to be bothered with all the festivities and yet still want to show your Irish pride...but not too much ;) Match it with a pair of green Monster Boots and you're all set!

URBAN – While you may not associate 'urban' with 'Irish' you might just be surprised with how many options there are when the two come together. So you want to wear something hip, trendy, stylish, and probably more on the sexy side, right? But you also want to show Irish pride, but don't know where to look? Well, Jombo07 has just what you need! He has just what you're looking for in his 'Green Top & LeatherSkirt' outfit. This is something you could wear to the St. Paddy's Day parade in the afternoon and then hit the club in that night. And he even has the perfect green leather boots to match in his catalog.

GOTH – Ok, I'll be the first to admit that when I think of Irish fashion, green comes to mind. But why? Who says that you have to wear green to show your Irish pride? Well, I decided to step outside of the box for this genre and found a sexy little outfit with a dark twist. TaintedLove2004 offers the perfect style for what I was looking for with her '~IrishLolita1~' outfit. This red, black, and gray dress is just what every Irish goth needs. VINTAGE – For this month I wanted to include at least one traditional Irish outfit, and the vintage category gives me the perfect opportunity to do so. Pair this outfit with some matching animated Monster Boots or a pair of green thigh high boots and you're ready!
